- Fulfill payment obligations as outlined in engagement agreements
4. Confidentiality

5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, tools, and materials developed by PMC remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for their engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
PMC provides consulting advice and recommendations based on industry best practices and our professional expertise. Results may vary based on implementation and market conditions. We are not liable for outcomes beyond our direct control or for decisions made by clients based on our recommendations.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
